Drew Davis

Drew Davis currently serves as Senior Vice President for The Chief of Staff Association (CSA), the global peak for chiefs of staff across all industries and sectors worldwide.

Prior to joining The CSA, Drew led from the C-Suite suite as Chief of Staff at Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the world’s premier trade association for the cruise lines industry.

He has extensive experience within the intelligence and national security arena, having seen 12 years of U.S. Government service and tours in The White House Situation Room supporting the President, Vice President, National Security Advisor, and several Cabinet-level officials; the National Counterterrorism Center supporting the Director; and several other key positions and Chief of Staff roles supporting Agency and Department leadership teams. He concluded his federal service as Deputy Director of an Enterprise Function at CIA.

Drew and his wife own and operate Rise Equity Group, a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily properties, and Drew is the Founder and CEO of both C-Suite Success, a management consultancy, and BestEastCoastSkiing, an affiliate marketing agency. 

Drew previously managed a foreign affairs policy institute as Executive Director, a large waterpark/golf/convention center resort, and served as a police officer. He received his BA in politics and government, world religions, and national security studies from Ripon College, and his Master’s degree in international affairs, with concentrations in intelligence and national security law from Texas A&M. Drew is a proud graduate of the Chief of Staff Executive Education Program at Oxford University, has two kids, and enjoys skiing, golfing, martial arts, super yachts, and traveling with his family.
