About the event
The Festival Of The Fae is a renaissance fair held in Columbus, MS with an emphasis on high fantasy. It is a family friendly event wtih artisan vendors, games, prizes, costume contests, and much more to come.
Why should you sponsor?
This festival started as the idea of just a small group of local vendors in December of 2024. By January of 2025 we were already well into the planning of the inaugural Festival Of The Fae that took place on May 10th. In that short time we established brand recognition on multiple social media platforms, garnering over 150,000 views prior to our first festival. We epxanded from just a few local vendors, to being a regional draw. Attracting attention from as far away as Tennessee, West Virginia, and South Carolina, ultimately resulting in over 50 vendors participating and gaining local news coverage through WCBI as well as The Dispatch.
We are looking for sponsors to help us continue to grow our festival both now and in years to come, ultimately building this into a full blown renaissance fair. Some of our first goals, once we attain adequate sponsorship, is to overhaul our parking area so that we may facilitate a larger number of guests. Plans also include a medieval combat arena, for armored exhibitions, as well as a stage for performers.

My name is Wesley Stewart, I am a Disabled Navy Veteran who moved to the Columbus MS area about a year ago. I am the host and lead coordinator for the Festival Of The Fae, as well as I typically manage the axe throwing games during the festival. I started this project late last year after discussing with a couple of my friends how there is nothing like this in our area, and how much we all would like to see more unique family friendly events like this.
I have always love renaissance festivals and would go to one with my family any time I had the chance, and I am so excited to give that opportunity to the people in my area.

Bronze sponsors will also have an 8.5" by 11" flyer posted on the welcome board at our festival.

Our Silver level sponsors also receive a dedicated appreciation post on our page, as well as being tagged in any promotional posts going forward, just as the Bronze level. However instead of just a flyer, Silver level sponsors will have their name or logo prominently displayed on a 3' by 5' vinyl banner on either the perimeter fencing or the parking area at our event.

As with the other packages, Gold level supporters will receive a dedicated appreciation post on all of our socials, with links to their social pages, as well as being tagged in all promotional posts going forward. Our Gold level supporters will be upgraded to a 4'x8' vinyl banner with their name or logo, prominently displayed directly in the welcome area as you enter the festival. Gold level supporters can also get their name, name of their business, or name of their charity added to all Festival Of The Fae merchandise. Gold level supporters will also be displayed for a full calendar year, meaning 2 festivals, as we hold one in the spring and in the fall.
